DIEM believes its people and processes should help clients increase their own capability to make key strategic decisions and get things done. Our focus on understanding the barriers to effective decision implementation, and combining problem-visualisation with stakeholder-interview techniques, allows us to assess options using a synthesis of stakeholders’ experiences. Our unique techniques yield the greatest benefits to our clients after our work has been completed. By helping stakeholders engage during the decision-making process (and not just afterwards) we help ensure changes decided upon are acted upon.
